Licensor ‘Signage Details’ has patents and trademarks pending along with national and international copyrights.

License for Use:

• For a la carte purchasers: this License for use by you is valid for 1 year from the date on which you download a drawing from this website.
• For Subscribers: this License for use by you is valid for 1 year from the download date or longer with an active membership for continued use.

Unauthorized Use Warning:

All content, including but not limited to digital downloads, section details, drawings, and resources available on SignageDetails.com, is the exclusive intellectual property of Signage Details LLC and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent and other applicable laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content from Signage Details without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited. Violators may be subject to legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, statutory penalties, and injunctive relief.

Pursuant to Section 504(c) of the U.S. Copyright Act, infringement of copyrighted materials may result in statutory damages ranging from $750 to $30,000 per work infringed, and up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement, in addition to attorneys' fees and other legal remedies.
