This Dual Lit wall mount sign illuminates through both its acrylic face and clear polycarbonate (Lexan) back, creating a halo effect. The letters are spaced 1–2 inches from a flat cut out aluminum backer, which is mounted flush on an exposed wireway attached to the building wall. For streamlined installation, the letters are preassembled onto the wireway in the shop as a single unit, saving valuable time during field installation. The exposed wireway is a smart choice to reduce wall penetrations. Wireways offer a low-profile alternative to raceways, especially when electrical access is limited to one side of the sign. They are designed for pulling electrical wiring, with no power supplies housed within.
